Who we are
This website belongs to the clinic of Dr. Ali Tarabaih, General & Cosmetic Dermatologist, located in Lebanon. For any question about your personal information, please use the contact details on our Book an Appointment page.
What we collect
When you use the appointment form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service and treatment you are interested in, a preferred date and your message.
We do not ask for medical records through this website. Please keep medical details in your message brief; Dr. Tarabaih will go through your history with you in person.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and to arrange your appointment. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing.
Who processes it
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you send the form, Netlify receives your submission and forwards it to the clinic by email. Netlify may process this data outside your country, including in the United States.
Like most web hosts, Netlify also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the website secure and working.
How long we keep it
We keep your request only for as long as needed to handle it and any care that follows, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
Applicable law
We handle your personal information in line with the laws of Lebanon.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting the clinic through the details on our Book an Appointment page.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
If this changes, for example if analytics are added, this section will be updated to list each cookie, who sets it and why, and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
